About Me

Hi, I’m Angela!

I have worked in corporate America for over 20 years and I have experienced all kinds of leaders… one or two great, some good and several not so good!

I’ve been interested in leadership since I wrote my master’s thesis many years ago titled, “A ship with no captain”.  I also completed an extensive leadership development program and became a life coach.  I’m still in corporate America working for a large healthcare organization but it’s my passion to help YOU.  My mission is to share what I know to help others.  Whether you are a leader or an employee and have a difficult situation rooted in poor leadership or lack of accountability, I’m here to help.  No one deserves a bad boss or should be a bad boss!

I started Bosses Day USA to celebrate those who excel in leadership so we can take a moment once a year on October 16th to say thank you!  I also want it to be a place to share, learn and grow so that everyone is a leader people want to work with and for.  Thanks for joining me!

Angela has over 20 years leadership experience with a focus in Leadership Development, Human Resources and Operations.  Angela excels in building trust, developing relationships and implementing strategic plans with a focus on exceptional employee and leader experiences.  She earned a master’s degree in Human Resources Development and received her bachelor’s degree in Management with a minor in Legal Studies. She hails from Missouri and currently resides in southern California with her husband and children.
